MemoMammoth
New Android app, MemoMammoth!
What is the purpose of MemoMammoth?
MemoMammoth is an Android app whose objective is make you memorize. It happens this way:User creates files (called "tests") that contain questions and their answers. We explain this later. Then he puts them in his Android device and imports them to the app database (on his device, meaning we never gather his info whatsoever to put it online). Once that's done, he can "take a test" to have questions asked to him. According to his answers, he'll see more often questions where he's been wrong.
In short, the user will memorize faster whatever he likes - since he chooses what to put in his database - as he reiterates more often points he hasn't learned correctly yet.
Why (and for who) create it?
Well, I needed it. I occasionnally teach french to spanish speakers and they have a problem with learning conjugation - well, with less than a class each week... So, I needed a tool that would make them learn faster what they haven't yet. Without forgetting it.
There are studies showing that the fact of re-reading less of what you already know, to concentrate on what you don't, helps to memorize better and faster and effectively. It seems obvious when told, but at least now it's proven. And there are still people who, on panic, re-read all of the course, wasting precious time. That's it.

How to create a test?
Tests are text files with ".qcuo" extensionau instead of ".txt", and should follow this format:
Title of the test
1|Question1|Answer1
2|Question2|Answer2
...
N|QuestionN|AnswerN
The only thing it's you have to replace apostrophes with circumflex accents. So, instead of writing "You're", we will write "You^re".
So, that format may be hard to follow, so I'm adding a free download link for a test editor I improvised (for Windows):

Recommendations: this app is case sensitive. On virtual keypad it's hard to change between upper and lower case so ideally, we'll put all on one case or another if possible.
